I tried to store custom patterns on the technics kn7000 but I couldn't get past say pattern 11 as I got an error 21 (memory full) & it wouldn't let me finish the loading of the rest of the patterns. I inserted the initial disk data (CTMINI) and loaded but it kept repeating PLEASE WAIT & would not load. I had to turn of the keyboard to stop it repeating.

I wonder what part of 'memory' is full as there is space for 20 custom files...assuming you do actually mean 'custom' styles.

thank you for replying to my query.
Custom memory 13 & 16 are full. you can access all the other patterns. when you press the side button it shows 13 square boxes in each custom pattern (13&16) & square boxes in each variation 1 to 4. you cannot load custom patterns past the 13 or 16 bank.

Hi Flynn. I know the KN7000 keyboard like the back of my hand, but what you describing concerning custom styles does not make any sense to me. There are 20 spaces for custom styles on the left hand side in the rhythm group area, which can be changed/overridden by other replacement custom styles although there are not that many spare available custom styles that can be downloaded from the internet and used as far as I can tell.
I have to be honest, with such a limited resource I don't use custom styles at all but mainly convert other manufacturers styles using software that I have and loading those into my KN7000 then saving them to SD Card as my permanent filing system with immediate recall/availability.
