Hey i recorded songs with my YAMAHA MM8 Workstation Saved it in a USB and to a .MID File but i cant hear the pattern why? i mean the drum sounds i played and saved with the drum sounds i can hear it on keyboard when i replay it but cant hear it on .mid file in computer. please help this is the mid file http://awakecamp.org/test.MID thanks
Which midi channel are the drums on? Is it 10 or something else? The file plays but it sounds like your midi drum info is triggering another sound.
hey thanks for the response .. alot i put in the chords with the drums.. so the chords and the drums play together.. I dont know wht midi channel i am in u have the same keyboard? Thanks for the help
No, I don't own an MM8 but I played your MIDI file and i think I can hear your drum pattern being played by another instrument.
