I am shopping for an electronic keyboard, and would like to be able to do the following with it: compose/play music and then upload it to a PC where I could import it into composing software for adding lyrics, printing, etc. I am looking at keyboards in the $80 to $150 range and they have features like MIDI I/O and USB connectivity but the blurbs don't come right out and say you can compose and upload music. Is this something you can do w/ just about any keyboard? Do you know particular keyboards in my price range that support this? What about the PC Software side? thanks for any hints you can give.
