M-audio Keystation 88es sound gaps.

    Hi I have an M-AUDIO Keystation 88es hooked up via usb. I have Echo DJ soundcard, and when playing I don't have a delay, but every once in a while I will press a note and there will be no sound, but right after that note its fine again. This becomes very noticable and annoying. Does anyone have any idea as to what it may be?

    What makes you think it's the keyboard and not the virtual instrument you're playing into?
