Is Roland BK 3 keyboard better than Casio CTK-7000? I mean especially its sound quality - built-in voices.

Offhand, having owned a CTK-6600 as well as now owning a Roland Juno DS I'd have to say that the Roland definitely has the edge in usable quality sounds as well as tweakability.
