Unfortunately I've slipped a disc in my back and am currently bed-bound! The doc has put me on a cocktail of drugs which is helping with the pain, but is also making me feel tired and dizzy. Hopefully back to normal soon, but if you see any spam please get in touch with Ian or one of the mods.

Thanks everyone! I'm a lot more mobile now, and slowly cutting back on the painkillers. I like the cocktail suggestion, maybe I should just switch to those?!
