XD3 hd Problem

Hi i'm new to this forum have just aquired a Ketron XD3 on a trade the guy told me he loaned to a friend and it didnt work when he got it back he told him it done some sort of dump whether that be a midi dump or what i dont no problem is when its turned on now all you get is a bunch of red lights on and no sound it has a hard disk fitted also any help pleeeeeeez greatly appreciated thanks

I tried to google a service manual for it with no luck.

My only suggestion is to send it back to Ketron for service or at least contact their support people for instructions on how to proceed.
