Help! B and C Keys on my YPG-235 make no sound!

The B & C (and C# & D #) keys stopped working across the all scales of the keyboard. All the D,E,F,G,A keys work fine. It is just the B,C, C# &D# keys that have no sound. Can anyone help me? Please!

By the way, if you don't have a dust cover for your keyboard then you should definitely buy one. I think there are videos on YouTube where people show how to open up a keyboard and clean the contacts if needed. If specific notes of the chromatic scale aren't playing in all of the octaves then it might be more than just dirty or worn-out contacts, but giving the contacts a good cleaning seems like a good place to start.
