Hi
I have just bought a Yamaha PSR-SX700 which will be used exclusively as a home pianist piano.
So it can probably do everything I need.

Discovered that it can also play XF files.
That is, .mid files with text and Chords, which are displayed on the screen.

I have a lot of MIDI files, but unfortunately none of them are XF files.
Many of them are Karaoke files, but they don't show the chords, but only text.

Questions
Does anyone know a place where you can download XF MIDI files so I can get started trying it out.

Best regards
JAKIV

You might be able to create your own XF MIDI files from non-XF MIDI files, by adding XF events to them.

I've never done that, myself, but once you've learned the format of XF events you should be able to do it.

Yes and thankyou SeaGtGruff.
Have started to make my own, but if there is someone who has also made .MID files with Text and Chords, then I am ready to exchange, as it takes some time to make one. It is also fine if you have made Karaoke files, which we may can also exchange. :)
