Help!

Just bought the Rolland fp50...
Neither myself, my husband nor my (usually techno-savvy) children can figure out the instructions in the manual explaining how to record a performance! We have all decided that these are the worst instructions we have ever read! And we have discovered that Rolland does not provide either telephone or email customer support so we cannot get any answers from the company itself.

Can anyone provide clear, simple, step-by-step instructions on how to do this? My family would be so, so, so appreciative!

Is this the manual you are using? Info from Page 24 onwards. To be honest the manual appears to step it out pretty clearly - certainly a lot better than some keyboard manuals I've seen.
