Don't know if anyone has put this on before, but I have seen a few posts asking about replacement hard disks for 9000/9000pro/tyros etc that use the older 44pin mobile hard disk, which are getting very scarce and overpriced.
You can use a 44pin ide to cf card adapter and a 16gb cf card in these and they work perfect, with the added bonus they load the samples faster than a spinning drive, as well as plug the card into a card reader and dump loads of tunes/styles/samples etc (samples not applicable to tyros 1
)
I have attached a few pics of the unit I use unplugged and in situ in my tyros, and they are only a few quid on ebay.
Hope this helps some members on here.
