I don't believe it has one. They haven't made keyboards that use batteries for almost two decades now.

According to the Operation Guide, Page 252:

The clock battery voltage is low. Please replace the battery, and set the date and time in MEDIA mode

Meaning: The battery for the clock/calendar function has run low, and needs to be replaced. Your Korg Distributor can
help you find a service center to replace the battery.

That's all I know.

Thanks for the replies. I got that quoted message, but I live in Costa Rica and there a no Korg Distributors here.

I read the same message in the Operation Guide, also. I'm just hoping someone might have done the replacement by themselves.

Usually there's a small hatch or portal in the back or bottom of the unit and the battery is usually a CR2023.

Don't be afraid to flip the keyboard and take a look.

OKAY THANKS. but now I really do need a tech person. It's gone completely quiet....lights up, plays for a few seconds and dies. So I will search for a repair.

Looks like you have to remove the entire base cover plate. Don't touch the screws in the middle. They hold the keybed in place. Crapola D-- engineering from Korg. :p

Battery is a CR2032
