Home Player based in Lincoln....Past boards have been Roland. Korg. Present set Yamaha Tyros + NP30 Twinset past 12 years.
Looking at possible purchase PA1000 to replace the T2 as upper board. Happy to learn a new OS but its all down to the sound quality whether I purchase.

PA700 best value but I need after touch of PA1000, it has thin metal plates bonded under keys gives a little feel improvement, buttons are plastic not rubber as per 700 and better sparklers 1000 has larger Mid-Bass unit with separate dedicated tweeter. 700 has smaller concentric Mid-Bass with center tweeter.
Looking forward learning again about KORG.

PS. Any PA700 or PA1000 owners in the Lincoln area ?.

Lincoln USA or Lincoln UK?

It's a big planet with more than one town named Lincoln...

Can't help you with your arranger situation but offering a friendly handshake of welcome anyway. .. :)

Welcome Graham from Lincoln UK.

Which by the way is a great City in the flat Fens area of the UK yet it has a street so steep it is called Steep Hill.

His user name is "gwc uk," so my guess would be Lincoln in the UK.

PS -- I forgot to say welcome, so... Welcome to the forums! :)

I didn't want to venture a guess because it could simply be a band name like Charlatans UK.
