Old JV 90

I bought a JV90 a long time ago. The sounds are great (I think anyways) but when recording the piano sound, all the chords sound too accented. I want to smooth them out. Does anyone out there still have or remember how to use a JV90. I’m 68, retired and don’t want to buy a new keyboard.
