... luckily during the last 10 minutes of a gig. Had my handy backup PSR 433 for the next night. The error message read hisysdwn.c/133/0
I tried a system reboot (hold down high C and turn on synth) to no avail. I tracked down a thread from June 24, 2017 regarding a PSR 1000, and I'm thinking it's the same issue. I read on another site that the key contacts needed to be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol, but that doesn't quite sound right.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated. SeaGtGruff has been a tremendous help in the past, so thank you in advance! I guess I have sentimental feelings for this old PSR, but in what I'd have to pay to get it into a shop, I could buy a bigger-faster-stronger PSR 473. I already have one, but it's down in Mexico for when I vacation. I'm not at all tech savvy, so if there are any Youtube videos out there on the subject, please point me on the right direction. Thanks ...
