PSR 2000 Died ...

... luckily during the last 10 minutes of a gig. Had my handy backup PSR 433 for the next night. The error message read hisysdwn.c/133/0

I tried a system reboot (hold down high C and turn on synth) to no avail. I tracked down a thread from June 24, 2017 regarding a PSR 1000, and I'm thinking it's the same issue. I read on another site that the key contacts needed to be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol, but that doesn't quite sound right.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated. SeaGtGruff has been a tremendous help in the past, so thank you in advance! I guess I have sentimental feelings for this old PSR, but in what I'd have to pay to get it into a shop, I could buy a bigger-faster-stronger PSR 473. I already have one, but it's down in Mexico for when I vacation. I'm not at all tech savvy, so if there are any Youtube videos out there on the subject, please point me on the right direction. Are you able to reload the firmware?

The axe powers up for a few seconds, the error message appears, then goes back down.

Power supply is kacked. Is it internal or external? There's a short in there somewhere and safety shutdown is being enabled.

Any decent tech should be able to troubleshoot it for a couple hundred.
