PSR S670 malfunctioning

On my PSR s670, tempo and transpose are adjusting themselves when playing. Also MAIN VARIATION 'B' is activating itself every time.
I have tried out troubleshooting but no positive outcome yielded. I dusted the keyboard and also did factory reset.
How can this be solved? Kindly help.
