Random very loud single note playing for no reason

I HAVE A DGX650 , AND RECENTLY IT IS PLAYING A SPORADIC LOUD NOTE FOTR NO REASON DURING OPERATION...ANY IDEAS.

Thanks, I'd seen this, I did a factory reset, and sofar it hasn't happened again. PROBABLY WAITING UNTIL OTHER PEOPLE ARE LISTENING

I had this happen on a board in the 80’s. Took the thing apart and found a hair in the contacts (I had a lot of hair back then). Removed the hair, problem solved. If I remember correctly, it was a Jupiter 6.
