does anybody know what type of keyboard sound this is or is is this just a regular electric piano sound starts at 3:09 into the song

It's monotonic with portamento, a couple of square or pulse wave oscillators, slightly detuned, a bit of white noise, sharp attack, no modulation, a smidgen of filter resonance, and at 3:35 they crank up a flanger effect.

Classic analog stuff. Moog, Prophet, Behringer type sound.

Don Henley was terrific at 80's techno pop.
