I'm having trouble making my mind about this. I need a 88 keys weighted action piano. I've looked for a long time and now it comes down to this: roland fp 7 or kurzweil sp2x. I basically want a grand piano with good effects in EP and organs for a rock band. Strings would be nice too, but most important is organs, EPs and grand piano I've heard the kurzweil is not so good for organs (roland has tone wheel) but roland is pricier. On the other hand, I've always liked more kurzweil's grand piano sounding, feels more natural. What do you think?
Getting everything you want out of one keyboard can be hard to do, unless you have the money to buy an expensive synth. You don't say what your top dollar is...the Nord Electro has most of what you want for a rock band...but you probably need to just get what is more important to you to fill your needs and accept the compromises...
