I'm looking at buying a Yamaha MO8, that is going to be primarily used for personal home stuff, and wondering if anyone had any experiences they could share about it, or advice on a different keyboard I should purchase for around the same price.
Depends on which type of sounds are you gonna be playing. Since you're talking about the 88key version - i guess piano stuff... If you really need a workstation that's afordable - then yea - the MO is a nice way to go (i have one myself). If you're more into synths and programming, then take a look at the Korg M50-88. If you only want pianos for home playing - then get a stage piano instead
