Conversion mp3 audio to wav and play on my yamaha

Hello, I converted mp3 song file to wav file via audacity but mi keybord doesn't play usb audio. It seys error. My keyboard YAMAHA PSR E 463

The USB memory stick should be formatted within your keyboard.

Do check the Yamaha manual for the specification of the file types that it can play ie 44.1 kHz 16 bit WAV or MP3 at no more than 256 bps.

Audacity can create WAV files to different specifications hence a bit of trial and error using different output options should yield results
