CTK-431 headphone jack issues

Have 2 of this model that headphone jacks are not working.
Pls help troubleshoot so we can repair these.
One crackles, one has no sound.
Headphones work fine on other keyboards, other headphones dont work on these 2 keyboards.

Unless you are handy with a soldering iron, know what type of solder to use, leaded or lead free, I would not even suggest attempting the repair yourself.

Otherwise, if you are skilled at electronics, then simply desolder the jacks and replace them with good working units.
