Hi Bill, I could also convert the styles from Yamaha, like you described. But the sounds from Yamaha till now i could not.
Thank you for your answer. greetings
Some times, the sounds don't match. So, we open the style directly from the USB, and on the screen we press Edit. Then we go to each part and change the instruments. The first two, are the percussion and the Drumset. We can navigate in the screen and change to one we like. The bass, we do the same. And the other parts, we do the same operation. After that, we make some modifications on the pan, and the volumes of each part. When we finish, we save the style. On the screen apears the window where we may decide the name of the style. On that part, I let the same name, but I put one letter in the beginning (X), for recognize my edited style. Saved as user style, and also on USB, hein? That's all. Then, I go to the new style, and play it. The rest of the modifications, we can make on the mixer, and save the registration memory, writting the name of the song we will play with that configuration.
