New guy here from the Toronto area.
New to the forum and new to a keyboard again.
Brought up with piano and a parent who sold Hammond and Thomas organs and later Heintzman pianos .
Have not played in over 35 years but bit the bullet and bought a Roland FA-08 Synth/Workstation.
Learning curve at 66 yrs old is pretty steep but I am amazed at the technical advances in this instrument.
I look forward to combing through the information and opinions in these pages and appreciate any help from the members.

Hi Duff,

Mississauga resident here. Howdy neighbour. I am also an old fart reliving my rockstar dreams in his retirement.

We'll have to get together for a beer sometime this summer.

Good luck with the FA-08. There's a couple of other people here who own one of those.
