Hello,

I recently got a Roland Fantom 6 and I am trying to learn how to create custom patterns by playing a set of notes on the keyboard that can then be used as a custom arpeggio pattern, without having to manually create each note via the step LFO or midi editor. Essentially I want to be able to mimic the ability of Reason's Figure app, where I can define a pattern by playing it and then use that pattern to play / record live based on a selected note. Is this possible?

If you do not know how to do something specific a good first stop is Roland’s Product Support channel on Youtube where Ed Diaz has made 67 How To video tutorials.

Yeah, I've watched most of them but have not been able to find anything this in-depth (most of those videos are very introductory). I've also looked all over YouTube, and I found one video one time that seemed to cover this (required routing out and then back in) but was never able to find it again, so I think it should be possible theoretically, but can't find any details... Any help would be appreciated!
