Reset the keyboard.
If that does not work do a memory reset next.
If neither works then it depends upon how handy with a screwdriver you are.
If you feel competent, open it up and reseat the connections.
If that also fails to work order a PSR SX700, you know you are worth it

I was curious if any of Biggles' suggestions worked? If yes which one?
Who knows.
It does get irritating, an Op posts then vanishes never to return.

Standard Reset, furthest right white key, press and hold whilst turning on.
Memory Reset, press and hold B6 whilst turning on.
Do check if the Memory Reset is the same for your keyboard.
