When I turn my keyboard on, the power button switches on but they keyboard itself doesn't. It was working fine otherwise before I shipped my keyboard.
Background: I shipped my keyboard from India to the US. The power supply listed is anyway 110-240V so the technician I consulted told me there would be no need for a converter. He told me to ignore the difference in frequency. Is it a problem with the AC adapter or are the internal circuits damaged due to potential manhandling?
