Korg RK-100S 2 Startup Error/Issue

Does anybody know what this error could mean and how to fix it?

I just received this brand new RK-100S 2 a few days ago and it gives me this error at startup then it doesn't respond to any control or make any sound. I've tried two sets of new batteries. Just wondering if they shipped me a brick or if it's something that can be fixed. Thanks. (I reached out to Korg Support USA and am waiting for a response.)
