Korg kross 61

hi all
I am looking for help. I have this korg kross 61 keyboard. this key board mistakenly upgraded with wrong firmware. (this is what I think) I only see korg logo with music workstation words come to screen when I power it on. Now what I want to know How I do anything with this keyboard since It do not load fully.
need help on how to do a hard reset or factory reset or anything. my problem is since this keyboard do not fully load I cannot do anything

Try loading the correct Firmware.

Hello everyone, I need assistance. I own this keyboard, a Korg Kross 61. This keyboard's firmware was inadvertently upgraded. When I turn it on, all I see is the Korg logo and the words "music workstation" on the screen. Now, what I'm curious about How can I use this keyboard if it is not fully loaded? check here
