Korg Z1 error when turning on

After not being used for many years, I dusted off my old Korg Z1 and plugged it in.
But there's no startup logo, only the message "Version Up - [V853] - 8blocks"
I can't reset using SW1 & SW2.
Any ideas to what this is?
