Korg pa 600 error message

My korg pa 600 is showing multiple error messages when turning on stating Error: cannot create form with id 1072 , id 1490 , if 1498 etc.. none of the keys or buttons are responding. I have tried rebooting by holding down the intro 1 button but nothing seems to be working.
any ideas?

Corrupt back up file in Korg PA 600

I am unable to update from OS 2014 to 2018, When I try to update it says error due to corrupt back up file. Of late when I use the internal record feature, As I play and record, it starts repeating like a loop after 2 bars of playing.

If all that fails download the latest OS and follow the install information that is included within the downloaded Zip file and reinstall the update.

If that fails its Tech Time, but it may cost more than the Pa600 is worth it is a very old product as it is.
