Recording on yamaha dgx 670

hello! I have but a yamaha dgx 670 a few weeks ago, and tried to record a song with 2 channels. I did as they told me in the owners manual but when I tried to record the second channel and tried to save it it didnt save it . It just saved the song I recorded on the 1st cannel. I´m trying to record jingle bells so I only have 14 days left! Can somebody PLEASE help me??!!

Hello I found the question but he was saying that his song /midi record funktion was working fine. thats my problem mine isnt working.
