Roland VR09B Registration Bank Switching via External MIDI?

Hello,

Is there any way to switch between Registration Banks on the VR09B via external MIDI?

I'm running a dual keyboard setup (Yamaha CP88 & Roland VR09B) with a Quad Cortex. The QC can send PCs and CCs to both keyboards; the Yamaha is responding to my patch changes perfectly, but the Roland doesn't. Meaning I have to hit the patch change on the Quad and then change the Roland seperately.

At best, any PCs I've tried sending result in the VR09B changing to an individual sound (not the saved presets I have registered on my registration banks).

Is there someway to do this? I hope so, as I've already had disappointment with the VR09B not sending CCs from it's drawbars, instead doing sysEx.

Are these features that don't come at this age/price bracket of gear?

Good old Roland, still stuck in archaic sys ex mode.

These are features one would normally find in gear of that age/price bracket. VR-09's inability to use Program Change to select Registrations was an oft-expressed complaint out of the gate.
