Pa5x backup

when i try to backup it always freezes at pcm. The only way to backup is exclude pcm . I've tried reinstalling the os but no change. Any suggestions.

Do you have any Third Party sounds/files installed?

This can cause issues.

My process to create a SaveAll backup file:-
File > Internal > All
Top right 3 dots & 3 dashes > Save
SaveAll shows
Assign destination to a USB or SD drive by tapping on the 3 dots
Navigate to the storage location & tap 3 dots & 3 dashes
Select “Create New KST”
Name it
Click on OK and wait
Click on OK
Click on Save

The above works for me.

Suggest contacting your local Korg if you still are having issues.
