Yamaha PSR E463

I am fairly new to this keyboard. Recently fiddling around with various keys and have more or less lost any sound to the single chord feature. Any ideas how to correct this ?? Thanks.

Power the keyboard OFF.
Hold down the highest (rightmost) white key as you power it on.
That is the standard factory reset for all Yamaha arranger keyboards.

Thanks Ted. A reset has sorted it. I am 81 so a bit old for this modern technology BUT my keyboard skills are improving !!!!
