How do I get the Yamaha PSR2000 to transmit on MIDI channel 2? I purchased some Hammond organ software that has two virtual keyboards (upper & lower). I set the lower virtual keyboard to receive on MIDI channel 1. I want to set the upper virtual keyboard to receive on MIDI channel 2 but can find no way to get the Yamaha PSR2000 to transmit on MIDI channel 2. Can you help me?

What channels is the PSR2000 is transmitting on for Left, Right, and Layer?
If Ch2 is already assigned to Layer then unless you are using Layer mode I don't see anything reaching the Hammond on Ch2. You would need to have layer mode on too.
Try setting the upper virtual keyboard to receive on the same channel as the LEFT side of the PSR2000 keyboard split to at least see if you can hear a response and if yes then it's (hopefully) just a matter of channel matching / enabling.
