When I'm playing my keyboard the sound changes on its own. The screen doesn't change but it will go from just the grand piano sound to a sound that adds like a pad to it for no reason. It happens no matter what sound setting I have it on. I have done a reset but it did not help. My husband seems to think it has something to do with the pedal. Help!

Not sure what pedals you have hooked up to the keyboard but if you disconnect all the pedals does the symptom disappear completely? If you haven't tried this option, try it and report back the results.
