I have a problem pressing any button on the desktop

hello

i have a problem when i play video games and press ctrl + space + left click(mostly) it throws me out of the game and it highlights an app(a random app) that i have at the desktop
It also does that with other stuff(when i have them opened like apps) like when i press that it turns on or off something on the options

it also does that on the desktop with all the keys of my keyboard i just have to click on it first can i somehow disable it
