I can successfully split the keyboard into a piano sound an an organ sound, but I'd like to change the keys designated for the piano (on the lower portion of the keyboard) so that they play up an octave (and NOT affect the pitch of the portion allocated for the organ sound). Is this possible? So far, when I try to transpose, it wants to affect the preset as a whole. Thanks for the help.
I guess you're talking about the MO8 ("o", not "0" ) I don't have my MO right now but if you go into performance mode, press edit and then press the number of the performance part (1-4) you will get a different screen for each part - you can edit all parameters regarding each part there - including the pitch. Pressing the General button will return you to the default performance screen
