Mom bought me a new iMac M1

A few days ago, I thought my iPad had died! Turns out, the battery ran down so low I couldn’t get it to power on. Friday, night, it came back to life. Anyway, back to my brand new iMac M1. My mother and I went to Best Buy to look for a new iPad, and I wound up with a brand new iMac desktop, as I needed an actual computer. Love the new iMac!

The new macs use the M2 cpu.

Well, since my mother bought it for me, and it’s the most basic machine! I wasn’t concerned about the processor ! Just having a new Mac is enough for me!

M1 CPU will probably be discontinued soon.

Apple must be clearing old stock.

M1 is over a decade old.

Well, since my mother bought the computer! I can’t quibble on it being an M1. It was inexpensive and i needed a new computer!

The M2 Minis are actually pretty reasonably priced. It's the accessories and software that will kill you

Well, i wasn’t looking at other models. I just went with the first iMac model I saw.
