You will not get much for $70 US.

$150 US will get you this:-

I'm thinking by tactical switches they are meaning a computer keyboard.
I've never heard of anyone asking for tactical switches on a piano keyboard.

You don't have to replace a keyboard if the letters are worn off instead you can buy a sheet of keyboard stickers to slap on top of the worn keys.

I had to do that myself last summer.

You peel off the missing letters and stick them to your keytops.

If your keyboard is a $15 Logitech then it may not be worth saving, but on my laptop it was a lifesaver.

I replaced about 5 keys on the laptop as well as on my desktop so I consider them money well spent.

They are a durable and permanent fix.

Hahahaha!
Ripper reply.

I learned from watching Jimmy Carr on 8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown for the past 5 years :)

Sean Lock's passing last summer hit me really hard, even though I only found out last week.

Comedy lost a REAL genius last year. :(
