Backing Tracks

Hi, I am a very average keyboard player and would like to know if it is possible to just get a MIDI/Backing track to play along to with right hand and chords? Either by laptop interface or uploading/midi device?

Any advice much appreciated, currently have an MM6 but willing to change.

Should be easy on an mm6? I expect you can just load up a midif file, and play along....? Or are you wanting to do something different...?
