For the moment I'm in to Tuomas Holopainen (nightwish), Jordan Rudess (dream theater) and Hendrik Klingenberg (sonata arctica)

It's just that I think I'll pay more attention on keyboards now. The more I'll improve my knowledge and ability the more I'll appreciate the work of keyboarders... Well hope it's clear.

hey folks, I'm new to both the forum and the keys, and i probably couldn't name one player from my own list, but Here's mine anyway, in no particular order:

Lordi
Dragonforce
Van Halen
Whitesnake
Deep Purple
Rainbow
Alice Cooper
Splen!
Dio
Led Zepplin
Guns N Roses
Yngwie Malmsteen
Mott the Hoople
Status Quo
Ozzy Osbourne
Slade

The list is by no means exclusive, and there's probably loads of others that i can't think of off the top of my head.

I'm a drummer, so I don't know many bands with keyboardists off the top of my head. Nightwish uses one. I think it works well for them. Lacuna Coil, too. I listen to these bands to get something different than what American metal has to offer.
