Is it possible to run external powered speakers out of the headphone jack of the casio px310 ? and if so , does anybody have any suggestions as what speakers to buy ?

I can't see that it would be a problem, after all a headphone jack is basically an 'output' jack.

Can you not try it out with your hi-fi system or equivalent?

As for what speakers to buy, what sort of power/volume level are you looking for?

the speaker would for around the house and playing small room gigs
