Computer Keyboard with piano buttons attached at the bottom

I've seen this in a market in India..may have been made by a local there...don't know..but can't seem to find it now, does anyone know where I can get a hold of such?

How practical is it to use your computer keyboard with a software for creating music?

I haven't seen the sort of thing you are talking about, but I suspect a small, cheap MIDI controller board would be heaps easier....
