Conversations Don't Seem to Work

Hi.. Granted I'm new here... but 'Start Conversation' has been an issue for a while, I think... I've seen others posting having troubles with it (in the last fortnight)... and the 'Search' doesn't seem to find anything about 'Start Conversation' either (you can find problems being reported with 'private message' as a search string).

Is there a specific 'FAQ' thread or an 'Issues' thread that could be pinned, so the users can always find them easily?

Hi @ozboomer, the "start conversation" button will only work for users with over 10 posts - as it was being abused by spammers. Did you need to get in contact with someone in particular? You can tag members with the @ symbol in a post, like this: @ozboomer and it will alert them.
