CT-X700 behaves weird

After a few years of running great, today my keyboard is behaving weird.

This only happens on some the presets (like acoustic piano) but on electric piano it behaves ok.
I tried factory reset, turning it off/on, etc. Nothing worked

Is it possible to make the keyboard be normal again?

It could be some problem with internal sounds ROM. You definitely have to take it to a CASIO official service shop.
