Hi everyone, kb suggestion?

Looking for a good keyboard with a price range right around $200.

I don't care about weighted keys and in fact like keyboard keys better than piano keys.
I basically want something I can learn on but has a lot of voices for different sounds and instruments.
I would like to be able to upload music I record to my computer, or control things on the computer like music programs.

I was thinking the Yamaha YPG-235?

The yPG is not a bad instrument - remember you are looking pretty much at the entry level for this price (cheap and cheerful).

There may be lots of voices, but they can all sound bad.... if you get what I mean....

i think like you do, prefer keyboard keys than weighted...i am a fan of the yamaha psr stuff..had the 293, 403..
bought perfect but used for as little as 80 bucks...no midi, but i am not using midi anymore..does have a usb
port....great sampled piano sound..so thats my 2cents.
