Hello and happy new year.
I'm still kind of a newbie when it comes to the technical parts of Cubase and composing in general. Up till now I've loaded one instance of e.g. an East West library and then adding more and more MIDI tracks as I progress, assigning different channels to each MIDI track to load a new instrument from the same instance of the library I used. Or, I've loaded one instance of Kontakt and then assigned channels from there.
However, now I'm experimenting with more ambient/electronic music and wanted to try out the synths already in Cubase (like Spector, Mystic and so on). However, I cannot seem to find where to assign channels anywhere, so right now I can only play one instrument per loaded instance of the synth. Obviously loading multiple instances of the same synth is going to be a heavy workload for the computer.
Anyone who can help me with what to do?
