61 Keys with good sounds and assigned note playback?

Hello,

I'm looking for a 61 keyboard that has good piano and organ sounds and will allow you to assign patterns to a particular key?

I'm a gigging keyboard player who sings 90% of my bands tunes. I split my Korg X5D for piano and organ. However their are times I need to produce a sax riff (simple 8 note riff; IE "Rosalita", "But It's alright", etc.)
I'm not able to do it all. If I can assign these patterns to a key, that would simplify things.

Can anyone recommend something under $2,000 US.

A used Kurzweil PC3 or PC3x should be able to handle that rather easily.
